| 摘 要： | 产业集群已成为世界信息产业发展的必然趋势,湖南信息产业集群发展初见成效,已经形成四大产业集群,太阳能光伏产业集群高速发展,软件产业集群已具备了一定的规模和市场竞争力,新型显示器件产业集群发展迅速,引进和扶持消费类电子整机产业集群.但也存在着产业链建设总体配套环境较差,缺少完整的产业链；产业关键核心技术较少,企业自主创新能力不强；企业本土“根植性”微弱；依附外资,产业投入力度不大等一系列问题,并提出一系政策建议来促进湖南信息产业集群的发展.

| Abstract: | The industrial cluster has become an inevitable trend in the development of the information industry and the information industry clusters in Hunan province have made some achievements.Industrial scale unceasingly expands.But there are a series of problems,such as poor construction of supporting environment of industry train,lack of a complete industry chain,less industry key technologies,deficiency in independent innovation,lack of local "grounding essence",the dependence of an enterprise on foreign capital,insufficient industry investment and so on.Policy and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Hunan information industry clusters. |
