| 摘 要： | 近年来针对东北经济振兴,理论界已开展了广泛的讨论,提出了诸多良策。在此基础上,阐述东北老工业基地振兴6年来取得的成绩,同时通过对东北地域文化的特点和优势的分析,客观地分析东北振兴在文化环境上存在的问题,提出应重新审视东北地域文化,启动文化生产力,这对积极探求东北振兴新思路具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years,on the issue of the Northeast economic rejuvenation,theorists have already carried out widespread discussions,proposing a lot of good strategies.Based on elaborating what the Northeast old industrial base has achieved over the past six years,through analysis of the culture characteristics and advantages of the Northeast regin,this paper makes an objective analysis of the existing problems on the cultural environment in revitalizing the Northeast and puts forward that we should review the Northeast region culture,start culture productivity,which has certain practical significance for Northeast China to explore new ideas. |
