| 摘 要： | 近年来,在资本趋利性的驱使下,制造业的资金大量流入房地产。通过对深沪两市2007～2009年采集的330个独立样本数据进行实证分析,其结果表明我国制造业企业对房地产的投资确实削弱了对研发方面的投资,但这种偏离行为对企业成长性有促进作用。

| Abstract: | In recent years,under the influence of the capitals profit tendency,plenty of manufacturing industry capital flows into real estate.By empirical analysis,330 companies in China stock market during 2007～2009 are listed as independent sample data.The result shows that in manufacturing industry,investment on real estate does have weakened the investment on R&D.However,it makes a stimulative effect for enterprise growth. |
