| 摘 要： | 融资约束是企业技术创新中面临的普遍性问题。西方学者从产生根源、影响因素、测度和解决方案四个方面展开了大量研究。相关文献的系统回顾为我国理论与实践界带来如下研究启示:(1)关注中国企业创新融资约束的特殊情境因素;(2)强化实证研究;(3)大力推动以项目融资为代表的融资模式创新;(4)以合作创新组织的兴起为契机,鼓励企业"抱团"融资。

| Abstract: | The financing constraint is a barrier to innovation for firms.In the west,there are many studies about causes,estimation,influence factors,and solutions of financing constraints in innovation.The paper reviewed the literatures in detail,and provides some illuminations: 1) focusing the special factors for financing constraints in China;2) enhancing the empirical study;3) promoting financing mode innovation,such as project financing;4) encouraging cooperative financing. |
