| 摘 要： | SECI模型中的知识转化过程直观的反映了企业知识创造的途径,其四个过程的内容与涵义都和设计创新流程有着很好的对应性。这一方面说明企业设计创新的过程本身就是新知识创造的过程,另一方面启发我们以持续发展的视角重新审视整个创新过程的管理。

| Abstract: | The knowledge transferring process in SECI model directly reflects the path of knowledge creation in enterprises.Its contents in four stages are similar to the process of design innovation.At one hand,this implies that process of design innovation is also the process of knowledge creation;on the other hand,this inspires us to review innovation process in the perspective of sustainable development. |
