| 摘 要： | 针对高校英语教师科研薄弱现状和英语教师专业发展需求,尝试引入知识管理的理念、方法和技术,并充分利用互联网开放、共享、协作的特性,提出一个基于互联网的高校英语教师科研创新知识管理平台,对其构成原理、系统架构、功能模块设计、实施策略等开展研究。

| Abstract: | Based on the challenge of research ability improvement for college English teachers and the need for their professional development,the paper proposes the knowledge management platform for internet-based research-oriented college English teacher by introducing the concepts,methods and techniques of knowledge management as well as highlighting the characteristics of internet.The paper focuses on the principles,architecture,function modules and strategies of the platform,so that it can contribute to the professional development of college English teachers. |
