| 摘 要： | 基于产业集群的海西先进制造业基地建设在"海西"战略中占有重要地位。通过分析市场服务体系、技术开发体系、区域创新网络、政府支持体系及人才支持体系等支持海西先进制造业基地产业集群发展的五大体系,提出针对各体系存在问题的相应对策,以促进海西先进制造业基地产业集群可持续发展,提高产业集群竞争力。

| Abstract: | The construction of advanced manufacturing based on industrial clusters plays an important role in "Haixi" strategy.The paper analyzes the market service system,technical development system,the regional innovation network,the system of government support and talent support system of advanced manufacturing industry based on industrial cluster development.The paper proposes some corresponding countermeasures aiming at the existing problem of the five systems to promote the sustainable development of advanced manufacturing industry based on industry clusters in Haixi,and improve the industrial clusters’ competitiveness. |
