| 摘 要： | 以"集中度水平的变化"来度量竞争战略转型,将战略转型风险的内涵界定为"资源配置效率降低",以此为基础提出"集中度水平降低可避免资源配置效率风险"的假设,并通过"竞争维度变化汇总"来实现变量度量和数据验证。假设得到了来自10省市跨行业样本数据的支持,从而在证实了资源配置效率风险客观存在的同时,也表明企业可以通过控制竞争维度的变化来规避效率风险。

| Abstract: | Resource deployment efficiency and focus level of strategy are developed to study the relationship between strategic change and risk level.The hypothesis of low focus level existing with risk deduction is testified based on the method of "competitive dimension changes summary" and the data from ten provinces,which supports the existence of resource deployment efficiency risk,its strong relations with strategic process and the management implication for competitive dimension control. |
