| 摘 要： | 产业链纵向关系治理模式是长期以来被关注研究的重要课题。本文回顾了已有文献,构建了一个下游为多寡头、上游为多家供应商的产业链模型,研究了上下游产业纵向一体化与非一体化的动态博弈过程,分析了上下游市场结构对于产业链纵向关系治理模式选择的影响。以大型客机产业为例,分析了产业链纵向分拆和我国当前"主制造商—供应商"模式的选择。

| Abstract: | Vertical relationship governance pattern for industrial chain is a very important topic for a long time.After the literature review,the paper establishes an industrial chain model with multi-oligarch downstream and monopolistic upstream.Then the paper studies a dynamic competing game between integration production and non-integration production,and it analyzes the impact on decision of vertical relationship governance pattern by the structure of upstream and downstream markets.Exemplified by large aircraft industry,the paper also analyzes the non-integration production and the decision of "main manufacturer-supplier" pattern adopted by our country. |
