| 摘 要： | 知识产权质押融资在北京、温州、上海、成都、南京等地已经发展较快,深圳的知识产权质押融资在全国发展较慢,这与深圳建设创新型城市不相适应。知识产权质押融资能够很好地解决高新技术中小企业初创期的融资难问题,对带动整个高新技术产业以及现代服务业都非常重要。文章分析了知识产权质押融资相关内涵,梳理了知识产权质押融资在国内实施的经验,分析了深圳知识产权质押融资发展现状和原因,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | The pledge loan based on intellectual property rights is growing very fast in Beijing,Wenzhou,Shanghai,Chengdu,Nanjing and other areas,but it is growing slowly in Shenzhen,which is not suitable to the aim of Shenzhen building into an innovation-oriented city.The pledge loans based on intellectual property rights can be good for the small and medium high-tech companies to solve the problem of financing,which is also important to the whole high-tech industry and modern service industries.This article analyzed the contents of intellectual property rights and pledge loans,combed experiences of pledge loans in major cities,analyzed the pledge loan situation in Shenzhen,and proposed several ideas for Shenzhen. |
