| 摘 要： | 发展生态科技,推进科技生态化,是对传统科技发展模式的修缮,是人与自然和谐发展的可持续之路。对科技发展带来的问题和产生这些问题的原因展开分析,重点提出发展生态科技的对策与建议。科技发展带来的主要问题有生态环境问题、道德伦理问题及其他如资源枯竭、人口老龄化问题等,这些问题产生的原因主要是人类在科技利用方面思想意识的不足或偏差和科技自身的功能缺陷等。提出发展生态科技的对策与建议为:提高全社会的生态科技意识,加强生态科技的研究规范与力度,加强项目评审的生态评价和基地园区的生态考核机制,促进生态科技成果的快速转化及加强生态科技领域的人才队伍建设,以期为生态省的建设提供必要的理论指导。

| Abstract: | Developing eco-science & technology can repair traditional development model and is the road of sustainable development for man-nature harmony.The paper focuses on the issues arising from the development of science & technology,analyzes the reasons for the problems,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The main problems are ecological environment,ethics and other issues such as resource depletion,the problem of aging population,etc.The main reason is the use of technology in the human aspects of ideological bias or lack of technology and their own functional disabilities,etc.The countermeasures & suggestions are to increase public ecological awareness,strengthen research norms & intensity,enhance ecological evaluation for project appraisal and ecological assessment mechanism of base parks,promote the fast conversion of ecology science and technology result,and strengthen the troop development of the talented persons of ecosystem science and technology to provide the essential theory instruction. |
