| 摘 要： | 企业与高校和科研院所的产学研合作实质是知识供应链的管理.与传统供应链合作收益分配相比,知识供应链产学研合作收益分配更强调知识共享活动的重要性.尽管产学研合作能够带来超额收益,但是,合作也存在诸多风险,公平合理的收益分配是促进成功合作的动力机制.我们采用定性与定量研究相结合的方法,讨论了产学研合作的技术创新机制,并应用Shapley值法,对基于知识供应链的产学研合作收益分配方法进行实证分析.

| Abstract: | University-Industry-Science Partnership(UNISPAR) in essence is the management of knowledge supply chain.Compared with the traditional supply chain collaboration,profits allocation of knowledge supply chain puts more emphasis on the importance of knowledge sharing activities.Although UNISPAR can bring about excess earnings,there are many risks,and the rationality of profits allocation is highly related to the triumph of cooperation.This essay adopts a method that combines qualitative and quantitative research and establishes the profits allocation mechanism bonding UNISPAR with technology innovation.Furthermore,empirical analysis of partnership profits allocation methods are carried out with the application of Shapley value from the perspective of knowledge supply chain. |
