中小企业人力资源实践与创新绩效关系实证研究——组织动态能力的中介效应检验

摘    要:在回顾国内外学术文献的基础上,运用多层次组织行为问卷实证检验中小企业人力资源实践、组织动态能力与创新绩效之间的关系机制,指出人力资源实践策略对组织创新绩效具有显著的正效应,组织动态能力对人力资源实践与组织创新绩效之间的关系起显著的中介效应作用。

Abstract:On the basis of research literature,the study tries to verify the relationship between human resource practices,organizational dynamic capabilities and innovation performance via multilevel organizational behavioral questionnaires.It points out that human resource practices have remarkably positive effects on innovation performance.The study further indicates that organizational dynamic capabilities evidently mediate the impact of human resource practices on innovation performance.
