| 摘 要： | 水资源是基础自然资源 ,是一个地区综合实力的有机组成部分。随着人口增长和经济的发展 ,河北省出现了严重的水资源危机 :水资源供需矛盾尖锐、地下水超常开采、水污染严重 ,造成生态环境恶化 ,制约着经济可持续发展。因此 ,必须采取措施确保水资源的可持续发展 ,为河北省可持续发展战略的实施奠定基础

| Abstract: | Water resources is a kind of basic natural resources.It is an organic constituent of the comprehensive strength of a region.With the population increase and the economic development,Hebei Province is confronted with a serious crisis water resources:imbalance between water need and supply,overuse of underground water and serious water pollution.These have harmed the ecological environment and restricted the sustainability of economic development.Therefore,measures must be taken to ensure the sustainable utilization of the water resources,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable economic development strategy of Hebei Province. |
