| 摘 要： | 根据高技术虚拟产业集群资源及运行特点,构建资源配置结构模型,基于ERP思想和集群运作过程链的分析,提出高技术虚拟产业集群资源计划的概念及体系结构,分析其对集群资源配置的优化作用,并建立集群任务分解和资源匹配模型。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of resource and operation of high-tech virtual industrial cluster,the paper constructs resource allocation structure model,proposes the definition and architecture of high-tech virtual industrial cluster resource planning based on the concept of ERP and the analysis of HTVIC operation process chain.Meanwhile,the paper analyses the optimization function,constructs work breakdown structure and resource matching model. |
