摘    要:耗散结构是研究系统由无序向有序转化的过程的条件、性质和规律的科学。在简要地介绍了耗散结构理论之后,本文在分析企业员工流动系统具备耗散结构特征的基础上,构建了企业员工流动系统熵变模型,提出了利用系统熵值对企业员工流动系统进行分析的方法,最后总结出熵与耗散结构对企业员工管理的启示。

Abstract:Dissipative structure is a scientific method of studying prerequisite nature and discipline of system’s transforming from disorder to order.After briefly introducing the theory of dissipative structures,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of dissipative structures of employee turnover system,and then builds an entropy change model for enterprise employee turnover system,proposes the analysis methodology of enterprise employee turnover system by using system entropy,and finally summarizes the revelation of entropy and dissipative structures in employees’ management.
