| 摘 要： | 首先利用1990—2009年的时间序列数据,对我国能源强度和能源价格之间的关系做了实证分析。接着在C-D成本函数的基础上,加入产业结构、能源结构、劳动生产率等因素,从微观层面扩展了能源强度影响因素的模型,并利用岭回归法测算不同影响因素对能源强度的影响。研究得出:能源结构和产业结构变动对能源强度的变化影响都比较大;能源价格的提高和技术进步对能源强度的下降有一定的作用。因此,政府部门必须加快促进产业结构和能源结构调整,推动节能技术的开发和利用,完善能源价格体系。

| Abstract: | This paper first uses the time series data from 1990 to 2009 to do an empirical analysis of the relation between our country’s energy intensity and energy prices.Then on the basis of the C-D cost function,we added the industrial structure,the energy structure and the labor productivity factors to it,expanded the model of the energy intensity influencing factors from a microcosmic level,and estimate the different influencing effects on the energy intensity using the ridge regression method.Then we concluded that the affect degree between the change of energy structure and industrial structure on the change of energy intensity is relatively big;the rising of energy prices and technical progress have an effect on the decrease of energy intensity to some extent.Therefore,the government department must speed up to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure,push forward the development and utilization of energy saving technology,and complete the energy price system. |
