| 摘 要： | 在全球化时代背景下,随着媒体和体育关系的进一步深化,由于对商业利润的盲目追求以及部分传媒人法律意识的缺失等原因,虚假体育新闻在不知不觉中走进了人们的生活.近年来,因为虚假体育新闻传播而引发的名誉侵权、肖像侵权、隐私侵权等新闻侵权案件层出不穷,并已成为社会所关注的焦点.通过对媒体体育传播的法律责任透析,发现在我国传播虚假体育新闻的相关法律责任不是缺失的、模糊的,而是以法律、规章、文件等明确规定的形式存在的,对虚假新闻的制造和传播主体的惩处也是有法可依的. |

| Abstract: | Under the background of globalization ,along with further deepening of relationship between the media and the sport s ,the pseudo sport s news entered peopleps life as a result of blind pursuit of commercial profit . In recent years ,news right inf ringement case ,port rait right inf ringement ,privacy right inf ringement and so on ,which initiated because of the pseudo sport s news dissemination ,emerged one after another inces2 santly and became the focal point to which the society had paid attention. Through legal liability dialysis of the sport s news dissemination ,it was found out that legal liability of pseudo sport s news in China had exist2 ed the forms that stipulated by law ,rules ,regulations and document ,which were the basis of the punishment on making and spreading illusive and pseudo sport s news. |
