| 摘 要： | 我国社会目前存在的地下钱庄基本上已经偏离了历史上钱庄的良性作用，当前地下钱庄的非法运行对我国经济造成了严重的影响。防范、打击地下钱庄是维护我国正常金融秩序的必然要求，必须提高全社会对地下钱庄非法活动的认识，建立、完善金融情报分析系统和打击地下钱庄违法犯罪信息网络并开拓多种民间投资渠道，从根本上遏制地下钱庄滋生。

| Abstract: | The benign action of the underground bank existed nowadays is different from that in the history,and its unlawful function has affected our country's economy badly.Keeping away and beating the underground bank is a necessary measure of maintaining the normal financial system.Therefore,to stop the running of the underground bank,it is necessary to advance the whole society's understanding about its unlawful action,set up the system of analyzing finance and exploit more investing channel. |
