| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的降临,学习化社会的到来,人们学习的愿望也日益强烈. 对于受教育权这一公民权利,在学习社会中也应随之作出相应的发展,不断丰富其内涵,并对一些不太适应学习化社会的理解作出相应的修正,促成受教育权向学习权的转变,以适应学习化社会的发展要求.

| Abstract: | Along with the advent of the knowledge-based economy and the arrival of learning society,the wishes that people study also become increasingly strong.For the citizen right: the right to education,it also should make correspondent development immediately in the learning society,enrich its contents continuously,and make correspondent corrections on some unfit comprehension of the learning society,help to realize the change from the receiving-education right to the learning right,to meet the development requirements of the learning society. |
