| 摘 要： | 成人教育办学形式的多样性，给学籍管理带来了很大的困难，但是，利用Word中的“邮件合并”功能，就能很大程度上提高学籍档案的管理水平，减少重复劳动，使档案管理工作更加科学、规范、高效。

| Abstract: | The multiplicity of adult education in school-running has brought great difficulty to the management of students' status, but by making use of the function "mail merger" in Word, we can greatly improve management of the files of students' status to decrease repetitive work and to make files management work more scientific, normal and efficient. |
