镀锡板冲压黑线机理分析

摘    要:通过预拉伸模拟出阀门用镀锡板冲压后板面黑线缺陷,结合扫描电镜以及能谱分析、三维轮廓仪详细分析了黑线产生原因,结果表明:(1)冲压前镀锡板的表面状态对冲压后表面有着直接影响,冲压后板面轧制纹路会放大,粗大突出的纹路会造成宏观上视觉黑线。(2)黑线缺陷处为板面高点,根据复印关系,板面高点对应轧辊低点,轧辊表面质量直接影响镀锡板板面形貌。(3)通过优化轧辊表面来提升板面形貌,从而解决冲压黑线问题。

Abstract:The black mark defect on the tinplate sheets produced during the stamping process was simulated by the prestretching test.The factors resulting in black mark defect were analyzed by means of Scaning Electron Microscope(SEM)with Energy Disperse Spectroscopy(EDS)and Three-dimensional Contourgraph.The result showed that the surface morphology of the tinplate was related to the black mark defect.The result also showed that the black mark corresponded to the high spot of the tinplate.So the surface quality of mill rolls had a connection with the surface morphology of the tinplate which could be improved by optimizing mill rolls’surface morphology so as to solve the black mark defect.
