浅谈对基因芯片的认识

摘    要:基因芯片就是按特定的排列方式固定有大量基因探针、基因片段的硅片、玻片、塑料片。基因芯片技术是高效地大规模获取相关生物信息的主要手段。目前,该技术应用领域主要有基因表达检测、突变检测、基因组多态性分析、基因文库作图、杂交测序等。九十年代初以美国为主开始进行的各种生物芯片的研制,将近十年的功夫,芯片技术得以迅速发展,并呈现发展高峰。

Preliminary Study on Gene Chips

Abstract:Gene chips are silicon slices, glass slide, and plastic plate arranged in particular orders fixed with quantity of gene probes, gene fragments. The gene chip technology is the main means to obtain corresponding biological information effectively. Biochips were developed primarily by Americans in early nineties and the development reached a climax in late nineties. Presently, the main application domain of the technology includes gene expression detection, mutation de- tection, genome polymorphism analysis, gene library mapping and hybridization sequencing.
