| 摘 要： | 新形势下,出现了“招工难”和“就业难”的双重困境,现以商务英语现代学徒制人才培养模式为研究主题,分析现代学徒制的内涵和在高职院校实施的必要性,并从各方利益驱动机制、沟通协调机制、协同课程开发机制、质量保障机制、教师与师傅互补机制五个方面来探究提升商务英语人才培养质量的内涵,保障国家人才培养的持续性,在内因上推动商务英语教学,为高职院校注入新的生机与活力。

| Abstract: | In view of the double dilemma of"recruitment difficulty"and"employment difficulty".This paper takes the training mode of modern apprenticeship of business English talents as the research topic,analyzes the connotation of modern apprenticeship and the necessity of its implementation in higher vocational colleges,and explores the connotation improvement of business English talent training quality from the aspects of interest driving mechanism,communication and coordination mechanism,collaborative curriculum development mechanism,quality assurance mechanism,and teacher-master complementary mechanism.Only in this way can the continuity of national talent training be guaranteed,the business English teaching be promoted internally,and new vitality and vigor be injected into higher vocational colleges. |
