| 摘 要： | Seminar教学法以其独特的教学方法和效果广泛在现代教育中应用,其符合现代教育学与心理学对教学个体发展的规律。以管理学基础课程为例,介绍Seminar教学法在管理学基础课程教学中的应用,最后分析Seminar教学法在管理学基础课程改革实施中的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Seminar teaching method is widely used in modern education with its unique teaching methods and effects,which is in line with the laws of modern pedagogy and psychology on the individual development of teaching.Taking the basic course of management as an example,the application and effect of the seminar teaching method in the basic course of management are analyzed,and finally the advantages and disadvantages of the seminar teaching method in the reform of the basic course of management are summarized. |
