| 摘 要： | 随着高校毕业生人数的增加,大学生就业问题已经成为社会、高校、家庭与学生共同关注的焦点。造成就业问题的原因是多维的,既有国家政策、经济形势的宏观原因,也有高校、企业等中观原因,还有大学生个人自身的原因。相应的提高就业率的对策应包括政府、高校、个人等层面。

| Abstract: | with the increase of graduates,the employment of college students has become the focus of society,college,family and student.The reason of employment problem is multidimensional including macroscopical reason as national policy and economic situation,college and business reason and microcosmic reason of individual.Corresponding Countermeasures for raising employment rate should also include different aspects of government,universities and individuals. |
