| 摘 要： | 在法制社会里,新闻人需要学法、知法、用法,使法制新闻自觉肩负起社会功能。法制新闻是政府行为有效监督的利器,政府违法行政,媒体实时披露而纠正。报业运用商标法保护传媒单位的知识产权,聘请法律顾问来监管新闻报道,规避新闻官司,减少社会危害。法制新闻还应肩负起扶危济困的社会功能,构建和谐社会。

| Abstract: | In a law-governing community,the journalists need to have the knowledge of law and how to use laws,so that legal news can undertake proper societal functions.The press is an effective monitoring tool for government actions.There is this mechanism in which the press discloses governmental administrative actions against certain laws on a real-time basis so that there be corrective measures.The press uses trademark law against violation of the media’s intellectual properties,hiring legal counsel to monitor news report and avoid legal disputes so as to reduce societal malfunctions.Legal news should also shoulder the social functions of aiding the weak and building a harmonious society. |
