| 摘 要： | 高校教育从精英教育向大众教育转变的社会形势和当前严峻的就业压力,给教学研究型大学计算机专业的人才培养提出了新的挑战.本文分析了教学研究型大学计算机专业人才培养中存在的问题,针对问题提出了优化基础课程、强化专业基础课程、加强基本能力培养、优化课程开设时间、紧密联系企业等措施.

| Abstract: | The higher education in China is transferring from elite education to mass talents education. The employment pressure is severe at present. These bring new challenge to talents training of computer specialty in teaching-research colleges and universities. It gives the analysis of the Existing Problems in talents training of computer specialty in teaching-research colleges and universities. And then it gives the measures, such as optimizing basic course, strengthening special course, enhancing basic skills and optimizing semester course planning. |
