| 摘 要： | 本文以安徽省宿州学院体育学院大学生篮球裁判员为调查对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据分析法,对影响体育专业大学生篮球裁判员判罚能力的各种因素进行了分析研究.结果表明,影响体育专业大学生篮球裁判员判罚能力的因素依次为:执法经验、专业知识、情绪、身体条件、外界因素,并在对各种因素分析的基础上提出了自己的建议,旨在提高大学生篮球裁判的判罚质量.

| Abstract: | This paper takes the Anhui Province Sports Institute of Suzhou University of college student basket- ball referees for example, through the literature material law, questionnaire survey and data analysis methods, to study the influencing factors about sports specialized university student basketball referees suits show that, the influence of sports specialized university student basketball referee＇ s penalty ability. The repenalty power factors are ： law enforcement experience, professional knowledge, emotion, body condition, external factors, and proposed own suggestion based on the analysis of variety factors, aim at improving the students＇ quality of basketball referees＇ penalty. |
