| 摘 要： | 中国共产党的群众路线具有科学内涵,提出并分析了用正确的舆论导向引领和教育群众,用优质的服务水平感悟群众,用科学的问政方法求助于群众,用扎实的工作效能赢得群众,用询政、廉政、勤政的方式方法,致富带动群众,强化群众接受科技创新成果的意愿和创新智慧等实践要求,凝练出了贯彻群众路线的时代特征:内容上的广泛性、形式上的多样性、"来""去"的及时性、效能上的辐射性、落实上的求真性、舆论上的导向性、生存上的防治性(反腐性)、区域上的民族性、社会上的和谐性等。

| Abstract: | The mass line of the Chinese Communist Party, which has a scientific connotation, proposes the correct guidance of public opinion to lead and educate the masses, to move the masses with high quality service, to ask for help from the masses with scientific method in administration, to lead the masses to get rich, to strengthen the willingness to accept wisdom, therefore, the contemporary characteristics of the mass line diversity, harmony in society, etc. to win the heart of the masses with good job, the results of technical innovation and creative has been crystallized, i.e. extensive content. |
