隧道环境的无线监测系统设计

摘    要:针对隧道环境特殊,事故多发等问题,利用无线传输的结构灵活、易于实现等优点,设计了一种以MSP430单片机为核心的隧道环境GSM网络无线系统监测系统.给出了单片机控制系统的硬件电路结构、软件框图及其实现方法.通过各传感器监测隧道不同部位的环境信息,获得实时环境变化信号,并将数据无线传输到区域接收中心.实验表明,该系统精度高、抗干扰能力强、测量范围宽,精确度和稳定性均可满足实际要求.

Abstract:Concerning the issues of special environment and chances of accidents of high way tunnels, based on the structural flexibility and easy implementation of wireless data transmitting, this paper designs a system struc- ture of tunnel environment GSM network wireless monitoring systems based on MSP430 MCU. The hardware circuit configuration of the single-chip computer control system, software diagrams and the presented in this paper. It uses pressure sensor to monitor the different parts of environmental information and get real-time tunnel environment vari- ation signal. Tunnel environment data by way of wireless transmission sent to the regional monitoring center. The experiments showed that the proposed circuit system had characteristics of high precision, strong anti-interference a- bility and wide measurement range. Both precision and stability can meet the demand of the actual application.
