| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查的方式,全文分析了人力资本、社会资本和心理资本对大学生成功就业及职业发展的影响,并借鉴协同论的观点,提出人力资本、社会资本和心理资本对大学生就业的协同驱动及相应的应对策略,为有效缓解大学生的就业难提供参考。
