| 摘 要： | 加快民族地区科技创新事业的发展,必须把依靠加快科技创新事业发展与提高各族人民生活水平作为民族地区一切工作的根本出发点,以全球战略思想为指导,坚持科学发展观,稳步推进科技创新事业发展,中央和东部要继续从各方面给予支持,积极促进民族地区与港澳地区合作,共同推进科技创新事业发展,高度重视科技创新人才队伍建设,建立和完善企业科技创新体系,提高民族地区经济社会发展的核心竞争力。
