| 摘 要： | 农业综合开发项目招投标阶段的造价控制应做到在满足工程质量和工期要求条件下,降低工程造价,提高投资效益。文章通过对招投标阶段造价控制的影响、主要问题及采取措施等方面的分析,阐述了工程造价在招投标阶段的控制管理。推行工程建设招投标制,对降低工程造价,进而使工程造价得到合理的确定与控制具有重要意义。
