| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对北京市高校体质监测信息化建设情况进行调查和分析。结果显示,当前北京市高校体质监测信息化覆盖率已超过50%,但是还存在着数据量庞大、学生重视不足、部门间沟通较少、教学资源共享不足、资金保障不力等现实困难。设计了高校体质监测信息化系统,并借鉴中国青年政治学院的经验,对北京市高校的体质监测信息化工作提出建议,认为应该做好前期的规划准备工作,建立完善的规范、标准和信息资源共享制度,规范信息化软件使用流程,提供强有力的组织保证、制度保证和经费保证。

| Abstract: | Using the document literature method, questionnaire method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics meth- od and logical analysis method, this paper researches the constitution monitoring of colleges and universities information con- struction in Beijing. The result shows that The current information coverage rate of fitness and health monitoring in Beijing colle- ges and universities is more than 50~//oo, but there are still many problems, such as huge data storage, students less attention, less communication between departments, lack of teaching resources sharing and funding, etc. This paper designs the constitu- tion monitoring information system of colleges and universities, and draws lessons from the beneficial experience of China youth university for political sciences, and puts forward suggestions for Beijing information of physique monitoring work. This paper thinks that we should do a good job in planning preparation to establish perfect regulations and standards, and information re- source sharing system, using process of specification information software, and provides strong organization guarantee, system guarantee and funds guarantee. |
