| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国当前农村社会保障制度存在的主要问题,提出了完善农村社会保障制度的对策:发展农村经济,增加农民收入;拓宽农村社会保障制度的覆盖面,逐步提高农村社会保障的社会化程度;健全农村社会保障体系;建立科学规范的管理体制;确保基金保值增值;加强农村社会保障制度的建设与立法工作。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the main problems in current Chinese rural social security system are discussed,and the measures to improve the system are put forward.First,develop rural economy and increase farmers' income;second,widen the range of rural social security system and promote its socialization;third,implement rural social security system;fourth,establish scientific and standardized management system;fifth,preserve and increase the value of fund;last,strengthen the construction and legalization of rural social security system. |
