| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志重申“科学技术是生产力”,并提出“科学技术是第一生产力”的论断,极大地丰富和发展了马克思主义关于生产力的理论,学习邓小平同志科技教育思想,贯彻实施科教兴国战略,必须坚持“三个面向”,抓住普及和提高两个环节;培养造就高素质的劳动者和科技人才,是实现21世纪战略目标的关键所在。
