| 摘 要： | 对第12届健美操世锦赛男单项目前3名难度动作的技术指标分析表明:1)中国选手的难度动作编排分值已经达到了世界级水平,但难度动作的完成质量还有待提高;2)中国选手难度组别的选择达到了规则的基本要求,但分配欠均衡;3)中国选手在难度动作时间均衡性的编排上还不够合理,开场和结束的难度动作气势不足。

| Abstract: | By analysis on the difficulty elements technical indexes of the top three in individual men item in the 12th World Aerobics Championship,the results indicate：Firstly,the difficulty elements composition values of the Chinese players have reached the world-class level,but the complete qualities of the difficulty elements should be improved.Secondly,the arrangement of the difficulty elements groups meets the basic qualification but lacks equilibrium.Thirdly,the time composition of the difficulty elements of the Chinese players is not reasonable,the initial and closing difficulty elements are less vigorous. |
