| 摘 要： | 冷战结束和世界两极格局解体后,江泽民审时度势,积极倡导世界多极化,努力构建新型大国关系,亲自领导并参与“伙伴战略”的实施,从而开创了中国外交新局面。20世纪90年代中后期,中国先后与俄、美、欧、日等大国或国家集团建立了各种各样的“伙伴关系”,既为国内的经济建设营造了良好的国际环境,又在国际舞台上树立了负责任、有影响力、有建设性作用的良好国际形象。

| Abstract: | After the cold war is over and the situation of two poles disaggregates,comrade Jang Ze-min considers the situation;sparks plug a multipolar world;and provides a theoretical guidance for our country's large country diplomacy;personally leads and participates in the implementation of partnership stratagem;and thereby inaugurates a new phase of the China's diplomatism.In the mid and later of the 1990s,Chinese government builds various "partnership relation" with Russia,America,Europe,and Japan successively.It obtains a good International circumstance for the construction of our country's modernization,and builds up an image of influential and constructive country. |
