| 摘 要： | 文化负载词翻译中的创造性叛逆从理论上看有其必然性，从实践上看有其可行性。但是创造性叛逆并不是要否定“忠实”的翻译标准。而是要通过对“创造性叛逆”这一命题的阐释来认识和协调“忠实”与“叛逆”的矛盾，以使译者在翻译实践中更好地运用“忠实”标准，把握“创造性叛逆”限度。

| Abstract: | Creative treason, in the translation of culture-loaded words, has unavoidability from the perspective of theory and feasibility in practice. The key to solve the contradiction between faithfulness and creative treason is to be faithful to the original and be moderate to creative treason. |
