| 摘 要： | 如何提高农民工的综合素质是创建和谐社会的一个重要问题,社区可在职业技能教育、心理辅导、法制教育和安全教育等方面采取一些可行的教育支持策略,提高农民工的综合素质,加强农民工与社区居民的情感沟通,使他们更好地融入城市,促进社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | It＇s an important issue of establishing harmonious society to promote farmer workers＇ comprehensive qualities. The community can implement some feasible supporting strategies on vocational skill education, psychology guidance, legal education and safety education etc, to improve the farmer workers＇ comprehensive quality, intensify their sensibility communication with the local residents, make them interject the city and promote the development of harmonious society. |
