高职院校师资队伍建设对策

摘    要:我国高职院校师资学历偏低、数量不足、"双师型"教师奇缺,已严重影响了人才培养质量。要通过多种方式,制定激励机制,实现教师的高学历化、来源多元化、职业专业化,并借鉴韩国的教师资格证书制度、德国职业学院师资队伍建设经验、澳大利亚教学专业标准来推动我国高职师资队伍建设。

Abstract:The lower qualifications and insufficient quantity of teachers and the insufficient number of double-type teacher in higher vocational schools have seriously affected the quality of talent cultivation. To promote the construction of higher vocational school teaching staff in China,government should develop incentive mechanism to achieve the high qualification,sources diversify and profession specialization of teaching staff,and learn from the teacher qualification system of South Korea,the experience of building teaching staff of vocational school in Germany and professional standards of teaching in Australia.
