新升本科院校体育教师专业发展的现状分析

摘    要:为了解新升本科院校体育教师专业发展状况,采用问卷调查方法,对湖南省18所新升本科院校的担任公共体育课的体育教师进行了调查研究。结果发现:湖南省新升本科院校体育教师年龄结构合理,但学历、职称结构欠佳;具有较强的专业理念,对课程改革的态度较为明朗,但专业行为欠佳;具有较为扎实的专业知识,较丰富的专业实践经验和较强的专业创造性,但与教师专业化的要求还有一定的差距。

Abstract:With methods of literature and questionnaire,the research investigates and analyzes the status quo of Hunan physical education teacher’s specialization.The findings are that the specialized ideas,specialized knowledge fabric,specialized skills and specialized the creative exist some differences between the demands of the new Teaching References Outline.Therefore,it raised some proposals for the professionalized development of special P.E.teachers.
