| Abstract: | The diversity and complexity of long-distance educator's value orientation determine its multi-character of value determination,selection,and accomplishment.Furthermore,they also determine the difficulties of leading the value.In course of constructing the open education value systems,the inherent contradictions of multi-value orientation bring up more difficulties of values leading. |
