| 摘 要： | “一村一名大学生计划”是教育部推动高等教育向农村延伸，促进社会主义新农村建设的一项重要举措。这种全新的农村人才培养计划的成功有赖于人才培养质量。本文根据“一村一名大学生计划”学员的特点，从创新教学管理、创新教学内容、创新教学方法等方面进行了探讨，提出了人才培养的一些构想。
