凝胶法制备纳米氧化铝粉体的研究

摘    要:以铝盐(Al(NO3)3.9H2O),有机单体为原料,采用凝胶法,在催化剂和引发剂的作用下,使浆料中的铝盐、有机单体交联聚合形成一种有机物高分子网络结构而制得凝胶,经干燥后在高温下煅烧制得纳米氧化铝粉.进而研究了溶液的pH值、铝盐溶解度和高分子有机物用量对凝胶体形成的影响因素.

Abstract:Nano-alumina were prepared by gel-cating method with Al(NO_3)_3.9H_2O and organic monomer.Under the catalyst and initiator conditions,the polymer gels were prepared and the nano-alumina were abstined by calcined as-prepared gels under high temperature.The amount of polymer,as well as the concentration of Al(NO_3)_3 ·9H_2O and the pH value of solvents were studied in this paper.
