| 摘 要： | 面对世界法律化竞争日益激烈的发展趋势，我们必须将当代中国法律定位于建设有中国特色的社会主义法律化这一建设目标上来。中国特色表明其民族属性和国家性；社会主义则表征其本质属性和发展方向；而法治社会则是法律化追求的终极目标。

| Abstract: | Facing the tendency that world legal culture are competing fiercely day by day, We must fix a position for the Chinese legal culture in building socialism legal culture with Chinese characteristics. The Chinese characteristics indicate its state attribute and the nation attribute; socialism indicate its essential attribute and developing direction; and the society ruled by law is the most ultimate objective that the legal culture seeks. |
