| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展,石油企业对石油工程专业人才质量的要求越来越高,目前的石油工程人才培养模式已经很难适应社会的发展.通过构建校企合作的人才培养模式,即整合社会教育资源,学校和企业双方共同参与人才培养过程,不仅有利于提高石油工程专业学生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力,而且能够完善高等教育功能,推动高校教育教学改革的发展.

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and society, oil companies are increasingly demanding on the quality of oil engineering professionals, and the present petroleum engineering talents training mode has been difficult to adapt to the development of the society. By constructing university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode, that is, integration of social education resources, jointly participate in the training process, for both eolteges and enterprises is not only beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of oil engineering students, comprehensive ability and the employment competitive power, but also can perfect the function of higher education, promote the development of the education teaching reform in colleges and universities. |
