摘    要:纳米二氧化钛是一种新型无机材料,纳米级的颗粒尺寸使其表现出了许多不同于块体材料的特性.其无毒、化学稳定性好、超亲水及其热稳定性好、无刺激等优点使其成为优异的半导体光催化剂,制备出具有较高光催化活性的纳米二氧化钛有着重大意义.本文介绍了国内外制备纳米二氧化钛的研究现状,根据反应体系是否发生化学反应将制备方法分为物理方法、化学方法和物理化学方法,分析了各种制备方法的优缺点,并展望了未来的主要研究内容和发展方向.

Progress in Preparation of TiO2 Nanoparticles with High Quality

Abstract:Nano titanium dioxide, a new kind of inorganic material, exhibits many properties different from the block materials due to its nanoseale particle size. The properties of non-toxic, chemical stability, super hydrophilism and its thermal stability?, nonirritant make it outstanding semiconductor photocatalyst. It's of great significance to prepare nano-titania with relatively high?photocatalytic activity. This paper provides a review on the recent progress in nano-titania preparation,the methods of which including Physical methods, Chemical methods, Physical- Chemical methods. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed, and prospects for future development and main research in nano-titania preparation are proposed.
