| 摘 要： | 德育本质上是个体人格和品德的建构过程,是学生内在需要和社会道德原则的对话过程.传统的德育只把受教育者当作各种道德规范的受体,很少去正视其心理世界,以至在德育中,教育者与受教育者之间难以理解和沟通.大学生作为一个特殊的群体,要了解、尊重并有意识的满足学生个体一定时期、一定范围的需要,将是引导学生积极向上、顺利完成德育教育的基本要求.

| Abstract: | Moral education is essentially a process of construction of individual personality and moral character.Traditional moral education takes an educatee as a receiver of ethics while neglecting their psychological needs,which creates difficulty in understanding and communication between the educators and the educatees.Profuse material supply in today's society has met the basic demand of college students who are satisfied with all that they need in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.Thus,the basic requirements for successful moral education will become understanding,respecting and meeting individual student's needs to a certain extent in a certain time. |
